Founder
Sheila
After suffering the trauma and tragic murder of her brother to gun violence, Sheila decided to stand up and support the community by creating healthy outlets for grief. With over 7 years of mental health experience, she believes that you can't understand grief until you've lived it.
With the assistance of partners, Sheila has created a support group for anyone in need — available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Grief has no hour. By creating these outlets, she's assisted families with getting back to life after grief, with hopes that one day, everyone's pain can turn into peace.
