What Is Heavy HeartZ?
A safe haven built on resilience and resourcefulness
Heavy HeartZ was founded under the belief that everyone is resilient and resourceful. Our goal is to provide mentorship to our youth and families regardless of skin color or sexual orientation — providing a safe haven, a community center, for everyone.
Through training, education, awareness, and assistance, we are devoted to improving the overall quality of life in our community. Heavy HeartZ is here to draw out every person's resilience and resourcefulness to help them overcome the heavy hearts of our community.

An Abuse & Grief Support Network built on community
Started with the belief that every one of us is resilient, and that our resilience can be fostered with the help and support of a community. Our members provide the place and space for personal growth, self-reflection, learning, and bonding.
